At Uneshy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help make things right.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.
You may choose to receive:
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
- A replacement of the same item in a different size (if available)

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@uneshy.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return or exchange
We will send you a prepaid return label via email
Print the label and ship the item(s) back to us using any local drop-off point

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return has been received at our warehouse
It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank
If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued as a new digital gift card sent via email

Exchanges

Once your return is confirmed to be in transit, we will ship out your replacement
Exchange requests are valid for 10 days. If the return is not shipped back within that time, your exchange may be canceled, and a refund will be issued instead
At this time, exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size

Holiday Return Window

Orders placed between November 17th and January 19th are eligible for return up to 60 days after delivery

Important Notes

Returns must use the prepaid shipping label issued by Uneshy
We do not accept returns shipped with customer-provided labels or to the address listed on your package
Only returns initiated through support@uneshy.com will be processed
