Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

  • You may choose to receive:

    • A refund to your original payment method

    • Store credit

    • A replacement of the same item in a different size (if available)

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and free from visible wear

  • Final-sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@uneshy.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  2. We will send you a prepaid return label via email

  3. Print the label and ship the item(s) back to us using any local drop-off point

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return has been received at our warehouse

  • It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank

  • If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued as a new digital gift card sent via email

Exchanges

  • Once your return is confirmed to be in transit, we will ship out your replacement

  • Exchange requests are valid for 10 days. If the return is not shipped back within that time, your exchange may be canceled, and a refund will be issued instead

  • At this time, exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size

Holiday Return Window

  • Orders placed between November 17th and January 19th are eligible for return up to 60 days after delivery

Important Notes

  • Returns must use the prepaid shipping label issued by Uneshy

  • We do not accept returns shipped with customer-provided labels or to the address listed on your package

  • Only returns initiated through support@uneshy.com will be processed
