1. When will my order ship & how long does delivery take?

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• For U.S. orders, we use FedEx, UPS, or occasionally Amazon fulfillment. Average transit time is 3 to 10 business days.

• In rare cases (e.g., extreme weather or carrier delays), delivery may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• Domestic (USA):

  • Standard Shipping (3-15 business days): $4.99 for the first item. Additional items ship free.

• International:

  • Standard Worldwide Shipping (10-20 business days): $7.95 for the first item. Additional items ship free.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

3. How do I place an order? To place an order:

• Visit the product page of the item you want.

• Select the quantity and click "Add to Cart".

• Proceed to checkout.

• Provide shipping information, choose a payment method, and enter a valid email address for confirmation.

4. How do I know my order was confirmed? After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with:

• Your Order ID

• Details of the item(s) you purchased

5. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can request a cancellation by emailing support@uneshy.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

• After 24 hours or once your order has been processed by our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Can I change my order? If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please email us immediately at support@uneshy.com.

• Once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
