  • Check your email inbox for a confirmation message from us after payment.

  • Contact customer service if you're unsure whether your order was placed successfully due to a system or network error.

Shipping & Delivery

5. When will I receive my package?

6. Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Processing time is usually 3-5 business days. If your item hasn’t shipped, please check if it includes pre-sale products. You can also track the status under "My Account" > "View Detail" > "Order Tracking."

7. Can I apply more than one coupon to a single order?
Unfortunately, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions.

8. How do I apply a coupon code?

  • On Desktop: Click "CHECKOUT" and apply the code on the right side.

  • On Mobile: Tap "View Cart" and scroll down to find "Enter Code."

  • Or, during checkout, open "Order Details" to enter your code. Don’t forget to hit the APPLY button!

9. Where can I find your current promotions?
Promotions are displayed on our homepage. Available coupons may also be auto-applied at checkout for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

10. Can I return or exchange unshipped or out-of-stock items?
Yes. Please contact customer service first, then submit a request for return or exchange. For shipped items, please wait until delivery before proceeding.

11. How do I initiate a return?
Go to the tracking link on our site > Order Details > Return. We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. View our Return Policy for details on non-returnable items.

12. Who pays the return shipping cost?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please review sizing and product info carefully before ordering.

13. Can I return the item to the address on the package?
No. That address is for our shipping partner. After submitting a return request, you’ll receive an email with our official return address.
